Storwall Confusion

Storwall has been making really strong filing cabinets for about 70 years

there are 2 "types" of Storwall 

type 1  Storwall by "Steel Equipment" (before 1991 aprox)

type 2 Storwall by "Office Specialty" (or Inscape)  (after 1991 aprox)

 some of the parts are interchangable

BUT

some are not

the tracks or suspension are just a little bit different

see the picture below

notice how the clips on the 2 tracks are slightly different
